It's time to replace the front tires on my 2021 MP3 500 and I'm finding it's not easy to find the recommended 110/70/13 Michelins. Any feedback on how smart it is to put the slightly wider 120/70/13 City Grip 2 on the front of this 3-wheeler? Thanks in advance.

If you put wider tires on it will also increase the sidewall slightly.

The MP3 has very little room between the front wheels and the wheel fenders.

Best to get the correct size rubber

Easyparts.nl has them with a 1 week lead time

OR

You can get the Pirelli Angel in the correct size from Vespa Motorsport in San Diego. They have 4 in stock as of this writing.

The Piaggio Mp3 is a great city bike, but it can be bard to get replacement consumables like spark-plugs, air-filters, oils, and tires.

Best practice is to order replacement tires when the tread is halfway gone so you'll have them available when needed. Other consumables you'll want to plan ahead on the scheduled service and have the parts ordered and in hand before the service dates. Other bike brands have similar consumable supply issues, but its more pronounced on the Mp3 as the bike is already uncommon and difficult to work on with lots of unique parts.

By purchasing consumables well in advance, you'll get to spend more time enjoying the bike and not having to pay storage fees to the shop waiting on consumables.

City Grip 2 Rear from Amazon

RevZilla for Pirelli front tires. I have these mounted on my 2016 Mp3 500 Sport and am very happy with them.

PS: If you find your wearing out the rear tires allot faster than expected, it might be the rear suspension is not up to the task of handling your riding style. I upgraded the rear suspension on my Mp3 to a Malossi set and the tire is lasting much longer along with greatly improved handling.

look to see how much clearance you have and then look at this chart. I would think it will be just fine and actually help with speedo correction to be closer to actual.

Thanks to everyone for all the suggestions and help. That size chart was very helpful. I did check and, indeed, the clearances are very close between fender supports and tire (even on my nearly worn out City Grip 110/70/13) so it does look like I'll vote to stay with original size.
The Pirelli tip is also good. Revzilla (I've had good shopping experience with them) has a terrific price on the Angel in the 110/70/13 size with free shipping.
I've bought from Scooter West in the past and that's also been a good experience.
Again, thanks for all the assistance in cyphering this tire situation.
