I'd be curious to see the difference between the 2 carbs myself.

Yes, using 28mm SC2.

Interesting that the same carb you used on your 210 setup was 10 points leaner than the Egig. Hmmmmmm…

Yup… only used a 145main for the PHBH 30 on the 210 with v force4. But swapped it for a pwk pretty fast after I didn't like the slow throttle response of a drum slide.

I see a lot of folks use 142-148mains on a 210.

I ended up using a 155main on the egig before swapping out to the VHSH.

Wow! Ok, good to know. Thanks for that great info. I was getting worried that I had a defective carb or something. Tech support at SmarTCarb kept telling me that I probably didn't need to go that rich. I was confident I did and now have your info that agrees with what I thought. Thank you.

Yeah, real world testing with the PHBH. Can't make that stuff up.

It's the carb that I can rely on getting pretty good jetting now. Takes a while to jet, but reliable.

I wasn't surprised the egig needed that type of jetting with the way it's designed. It's definitely faster than the 210. Maybe not top speed, but definitely faster across the rev range.
