This year I decided to participate in my local "Ride For Dad" event and join the fight against prostate cancer. I last rode this event in 2010 on my Harley, but this year I used my Vespa GTS250ie. The weather cooperated with sunshine and mid 20 Celsius temperatures. Door to door covered 283 kms and my GTS250ie ran perfectly. I got more than a few looks and lots of "You rode that the entire way" comments. I am positive I was the only Vespa in the ride, and had a blast.
