While doing some maintenance on my side project 2009 GTS 125 I noticed some small imperfection that could cause unnecessary headache in future. There was a sharp piece of aluminum left from casting on the cylinder head right where the coolant hose goes by. It took less than 10 seconds to take it off with a file. I would recommend anyone to check their scooter, if there isn't something similar.
