Generally most things on an Mp3 require a shop or are just easier to let a professional do for you. Others are easy enough to do on your own.

This thread has lots of good info on the oil-change.
Oil change interval

Air-Filter is super easy, just make sure you properly oil the new filter. Its the plastic box on the left side above the engine. Just remove a dozen or so screws, swap the filter, and replace the screws. No how-to video needed.

Fuel Filter
* I don't see any youtube videos but its probably under fair amount of plastic.

Brake Fluid and Pads
* Let a pro do this, it has to be perfect as brakes are mission critical. Unless you've done brakes on your own before. The brake pads are doable but you need a deep toolbox as the brakes on the Mp3 are hard to access.

Headlights.
This is an easy one and is summarized in the manual and on youtube. Most folks recommend installing HID LED bulbs for better visibility.
