Fixing a stock PX200, crankshaft is twisted. Clutch basket has started flowering out. Cylinder and piston aren't in bad shape. Rotary pad is lightly scored. Stock exhaust. Ignition worked a few months ago, suddenly dead. Most likely will buy a new stator and CDI.

Trying to keep from buying new parts, I have a spare 60mm crank I can use. But wondering what needs to be considered? 1.5mm spacer? Keep stock squish? Will compression be affected?

I'll look into widening the exhaust port, opening the piston windows. But can't really thing of anything else to do.

Reassuring folks have been through this before.

Not sure about the info in the FMP videos, so always good to ask.
