Liberty's sold in the USA have a bigger brake light!
Euro models do not have the turn pods - and have the turn signals to the left and right in the tail light assembly flanking the center running/brake light..
Those sold in the USA have the outboard turn signal pods, and the whole of the brake light assembly lights red when braking!

I like the pods, front and rear...the Euros have the front signals turn inside and behind the bright LED DRL's. As far as I can tell - these LED DRL's do not shut off when the Euro turn signal in there is activated. ??! At least that is the way Robot's pod removal mod appears to work.
(many American cars shut off the same-side nearby DRL when the turn signal is activated - for a very good reason)

I'm roadside frequently - and appreciate my Liberty's larger brake light - (activated with a rubberband on the grip for a parking brake!)

The color matched top case and 3rd brake light are really slick. Is that the OEM Piaggio top case with AdMore Lighting bar?

Yes, an OEM Piaggio top case - color-matched by and purchased from ScooterWest.
Fellow at parts desk AF1-Racing told me that he didn't have a red one for my Liberty S - but that ScooterWest had taken a couple and sent them out to be color-matched to the red S models. He said they might have one left!
I called and ordered it from ScooterWest

I have to say the color matches perfectly and the quality of the paint job looks perfect.

Each of my scooter rides starts in the dark - so I'm a big fan of extra rear lighting.
This AdMore LED light bar is super bright! Works as a DRL and a brake light.
I did not wire it to work as turn signals too - the turn pods on the Liberty are very bright on their own.
Mounting was easy under the Piaggio case.

I have never seen another top case this color on any other Liberty.
My understanding is that ScooterWest received brown cases for the red Liberty S.....a mistake so they had them custom painted. (them?, one?)

The standard color top case for the red Liberty is black, per Piaggio.
All black.
Not sure why other color Liberty's get color matched cases - but not the red Liberty?

That looks a lot like what Piaggio calls a painted mechanical top box in their accessories catalog. From what I can tell, they offer it in a couple shades of red. What's the color code?
