Hey guys

I'm going to change my rollers tomorrow and I remember seeing a washer between the belt and the inside of the pulley.. the washer is in place in the circle of the pulley but it's touching the belt .. can I remove it?

No - it's meant to be there. The correct washer should fit inside the recess at the centre of the driving pulley face. If the belt is touching it when all is buttoned up and tensioned OK after fitting, it's the wrong belt or the wrong washer. Some people add an extra washer to get lower gearing from a standing start which can then be proud of that recess. The belt should just miss it.
