There should be two half cone valve keepers per valve. I wouldn't think you could get your fingers in there to turn them. Spring pressure keeps them installed so normally no you should not be able to turn them let alone get your fingers on them.

OK so I'm mistaking with the tappet. The tappet giggle.. is the round part where you make the clearance.

Yeah that's a hydraulic lash adjuster, next.

So it's normal that you can turn it and giggle it.. piaggio doesn't seem to specify which part is the hydraulic one..

So someone can explain to me what's the type of valve we got on the leader 2V engine. Is there a hydraulic lash adjuster? Because on my valve when I lift the rocker there's like a ball bearing between the valve and the setting screw .. it's giggling and rotating ..

Greetings

There should be the top of the valve stem and then a adjustment screw and lock nut arrangement on the rocker. In between is the clearance, lash, or whatever you want to call it. This is adjusted by the backing off the locknut and rotating the screw in or out to the desired clearance. Then locking the nut back down. Check out the WIKI on here for more detailed instructions.

The other end of the adjuster that's attached to the rocker has a 'wobbly bit' that can spin. This is to ensure a flat surface touches the valve stem ready to push hard down.

You adjust for the gap between that wobbly bit and the top of the valve stem.
