Hi all, i m thinking of trading my 2008 S 125 with the latest Primavera 125. Stupid question maybe, but will I notice the difference in take off, or say, overtaking. I m not interested in high speeds, I barely do 80km/h, just take off. I m 176cm tall and weigh 77kgs.

Thanks in advance, input on people who did the change us highly appreciated

With the new primavera you got 2 valves and a little more peps on accelerating than the 10hp on your sprint S. You got 2 more Newton and HP on the new primavera .I think from the start you got more peps with the new one. I tested the new prima and it got more peps than my fly 125 leader 10.5hp.

Cheers

I did the same swap but for the 150 engine. I had a 190 kit installed on the LX and performance feels pretty similar.

yes the new primavera is 3V.

all of the 125/150 sprints and primaveras are 3V. the early ones are LEM motor and the later are iGet, the switch over was somewhere in the 16 or 17 model year depending on what market you are in.
