You can try searching for a second hand lockset and keys, might be cheaper than buying new from a main dealer. Although you may be able to get a local auto locksmith to make a new key that fits the barrel?

Also, that bike may have an immobilizer built into the ECU or Throttle Body. So just changing the key may still not allow you to start the engine. That can now be resolved in many cases and the new keys linked to the immobilizer as long as you are the legal owner of the bike.
