I want to get a custom magnet/decal (that won't ruin the paint if I decide I want to take it off or switch out for another sometime) - right above rear light - the dealer's sticker was there but I had some work done at last service so they took it off which I was happy about

Any ideas where I can get this done?

If you have a sticker, put that on a thin magnetic sheet (Amazon) and cut it out.

In Germany, you can also have other materials (fabrics, mugs, magnets, etc.) printed at any drugstore that also makes photo prints. Just ask at Walgreens/CVS.

In addition, there are hundreds of online printing companies that do this. Just google them.

Otherwise, I would try local copy shops.
