Hi guys!

I have an MP3 500 2019. I want to share a solution with a RAM x grip mounted at the brake fluid reservoir. I had to drill a hole in the RAM mounting plate to make it fit. If you're interested I can post the measure.

Nice solution, but I'd recommend swapping out the X-mount for RAM "Quick-Grip". The X-mount can drop your phone when going over rough roads without the elastic backing providing the extra grip. I've taken the Quick-Grip across broken pavement at speed and it held onto the phone without issue.

Quad lock mounts are probably one of the best you can get but require a custom phone-case to work properly.

The Quick-Grip is the one to use on a PTW - the phone will NOT break loose.

There's an XL version for those with larger phones, so check dimensions before purchase!

I used the rubberband included so it holds on tight. Otherwise it probably would fall off. 🙂

I bought that X-grip and put it on my Honda Goldwing.

didn't even make it out of our pasture, before the phone hit the ground.

Changed it over to a 4-sided Grip type, no way can a phone slide out of that.

on the MP3?
I ignore phones unless I am wearing my Shoei helmet with the Sena 50s bluetooth mic/speakers
