Sipowicz was such a great character, and Dennis Franz hasn't worked since NYPD Blue.

If memory serves, they were BV 200s. A lot of them showed up on the market about ten years ago.

They had them way before that, they had gear shifting 2 stroke Sprint Veloces in the 70s. I even have a blue engine cowl from one on my old green Sprint.

On Hill Street Blues one of the officers, I can't remember his name right now, was being reprimanded and was taken out of his patrol car and put on a P200.
