Doing a google search, it doesnt look like the deltic. Close, with the horizontally opposed pistons but the deltic looks to be triangular with the cranks at the corners.

Mental engine though!

I can't see any valves so I'm guessing it's a stroker and having opposing pistons I'm making the assumption it's compressing from both ends.

No spark plug either.
