The scooter was fine until this morning when I tried to start it. No lights, nothing is happening, just an annoying beeping sound when turning the key.

Not sure what to do, seems to be a fuse problem I read online but I am clueless how to fix this.

More specifically, the battery voltage must be above 12.5Volt. This is the SOC (state of charge). However, a battery load test is the only true way of testing the SOH (state of health) of a battery.

In addition, if the battery was sitting flat for more than a couple of days then it is trash and needs to be replaced. Ditto if the battery is more than 3 years old. A discharged battery condition is the quickest way to permanently kill it off.

Query - does the 300 HPE have the 'hidden fuse' on the solenoid? I don't have a circuit diagram for it.
