Hi,
My 2012 GTV 300 Vie Della Moda's speedo/odo stopped working and upon investigation, it seems that the internal mechanism of the the speedo itself is jammed - in other words it can't rotate so as to drive the speedo/odo. The scoot has 16,000ks on it.

Questions. 1. Can the 'inners' be rebuilt, if so, who would be able to do it?
2. Is it possible to get an exact replacement speedo cluster? I guess I'd be back to 00000!
Any help would be appreciated.
