McClaren has made huge advancements the last 2 years and Mercedes has made huge declines

Because it is becoming clear that Lando is not the #1 driver at McLaren.

And Mercedes in 2026 might very well be the team to beat.

I'm not convinced that either driver is being shown any bias at McLaren and it's refreshing to see. However I think it's going to count against them at the end of the year.

Zak Brown just wants to rub Christian Horner's face in it while winning some races at the same time.

I don't think he cares which driver he does it with either, which may cost him.

I was a bit surprised to see both pilots with faces like slapped arses post race when they both got on the podium and scored points.
