i might need to replace my old carburetor and the one i'm most interested in has me confused. the carb that came with my 1975 rally 200 has a main jet that is 160 be3 116 and an idle jet that is 50. scooterwest has an si 24/24e sku 183104 that has the same main jet but a different idle jet 55/160. i did not get a definitive answer from scooterwest sales as to why the 55/160 idle jet or whether or not the dellorto/spaco was an exact copy where by i could put my 50 idle jet in the new carb. anyone have any insights or opinions?

Rally 200s had a solid idle jet with a hole next to it. P200s have an idle jet with the hole built into it! Little tweak on the carb in the later years. Get the SW carb and you'll be happy. If anything, it'll idle better with the later design.
