I picked up a 2009 BV250 last month with 1,700 miles on it. I dropped some weight by adding a Malossi exhaust, I gained some pet carrier storage by getting rid of the canisters, and I made it a whole lot more user friendly by reshaping the seat and adding a mesh seatcover. I paid beat up 50cc money for the scooter. I don't mind spending a little bit of cash to fix it up to suit me.
