some idiot pushed my vespa et2 on its side. I rode it and it appears to be operating normally. Should I have any concerns about the fluids or anything else. Thanks

Since it's an air cooled 2 stroke, it should be fine. I might check the oil reservoir and make sure it still has plenty of oil in it.
