Hello, I have a Vespa Sprint 50cc and today I observed that a wire is broken. Seems that's going to the carburetor or that small black box.

The engine is running, but I do not know what's affected. Any ideas?

take the tape off and see if there's something under there that it was connected to. Sometimes wiring harnesses have wires that were useful in a previous model but aren't used anymore. Other times, something broke. Until you take the tape off, you won't really know. Because it's a clean break, and the bike sounds like it's running, it might be something you've never noticed until now.

I wonder if it went to the auto-choke?

Sure, I will unwrap it and take a closer look, also I'll try to reconnect it

that's the most likely suspect.

Thank you everybody!
I managed to fix it and now the auto choke works.
