Hi! First post. I've had a 2006 LX 150 that tipped over in my driveway a few months ago—a heavy wind caught the rain cover like a sail and knocked it down is my guess—and hasn't started since. I finally had the time to take a look at it and noticed that a piece of the carburetor is cracked (see photo).

Is this the intake manifold? Could it be the cause of the vehicle not starting?

It seems pretty straightforward to just pull it off and put a new one on, but I want to make sure I get the correct part.

The right turn signal also fell off, but again, it seems like a pretty straightforward fix.

I was just gonna order all the parts, download some manual PDFs, watch a couple YouTube videos, and replace them myself. Is there any reason I shouldn't do this?

Thanks for the help!

Yes, it's the intake manifold and yes, the crack in the manifold is at a minimum, contributing to your bike not starting. That crack is causing a major vacuum leak. I would also replace all the rubber fuel and vacuum hoses while you're in there.

Thanks so much!

Do you know offhand what size those hoses are? Or can you point me towards where to look it up?

Truly appreciate the help.
