Hi, I own a 300 hpe sport 2019, and the engine consumes about 250 ml of oil every 1000 km.
Is that a normal oil consumption?

With early Vespa GTS 300 HPE (same engine) some oil consumption is not unusual. Eg mine. I haven't measured how much but 250 / 1000km is more then i felt. Would have said maybe 150
