I purchased a used 2014, Vespa 300ie. The fuel gauge always showed full, and the temperature gauge went too hot when I turned on the high beams. I finally trace the problem to a bad ground at the instrument panel plug. After connecting a ground wire directly to the negative screw on the printed circuit of the instrument panel to the black ground wire that is connected to the back of the instrument panel both issues were resolved.
