Hi there,
Over the weekend I wanted to adjust the valves, but after I took the cylinder head cover, I noticed this little hammer - auto valve-lifter cam - was hard to move!

After taking this apart, I had this:

Lucky me, I had a spare one 🙏

Why this happened?

sometimes things just break. That's why companies don't make just enough for every engine they make and stop there. It just happens.

A better question is: why did you have a spare one?

I'm thinking you must have had a spare engine lying around.

Exactly, I bought last year on eBay old 2007 LXV 125, with lots of spare parts, 265 CVK carb, bulbs, engine, fuel pump, AC9I CDI, complete wiring, almost all except the frame, it was totally rotten.

Before I replaced Malossi kit on my LX, I practise this on old LXV how to do it 🤣👍
