Hello!

I've managed to assemble my rear brake and stuff and after I tightened the rear hub nut to 60Nm I tried to put on the castellated crown but it didn't just fit.

Even after I carved out it a bit with my Dremel.

It's a VBC scooter but with a Crimaz driveshaft so the nut is a PX style 24mm hex nut.

That looks like a 22mm nut cage for a front PX axle. There are two types, 22mm and 24mm…

Should be the right one.

But the one in your hand looks like it's smaller than nut on the driveshaft

Do the 8" hubs have a lock washer?
It seems to me that there should be a crown nut.

What nut size is? 24mm?
Then, as guys said above, your washer seems like it for 22mm nut.
So you maybe need to try suitable lock washer.

I bought another one from an Asian bodge source but it seems good. Definitely better than the non-bodge European stuff.
