I use sets of cheap rotary burrs

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07S8WRYH4

and sanding drums to finish

Plus cutting fluid to keep the bits from loading up and the heat down

Hi All,
Just used the same dremel bits, polishing wheel and a little wet and dry paper to match the case ports to a 210 Malossi Sport on my 2003 PX200e. Worked a treat and really unlocked the extra power.
Running this with a Polini Venturi kit with a larger SIP Airbox on a SI 24 24 (drilled float to MJ @2.5) 135MJ/B3/140, 50/120 idle, SIP fast flow 2 tap, SIP 3 Road exhaust, Uprated clutch, SIP Touren flywheel and modified stator. Iridium 7 NGK plug for short and an 8 for longer road trips.
Really useable in the 50-60Mph range and getting 72 on GPS. The SIP 3 seems to even out the peakiness of the Malossi kit. Have fun.
Cut the front of the sidepanel to let more air in to the Polini filter and modified a yacht electrical cover with a cut through at the top of the fan cowling to act as an air scoop. Temps are down by around 20C.

I also use the same bits, very effective.

Tip : use them at very high speed. It seems not natural if you want to grind just a little but no, not enough speed and the bit will jump and you won't have a precise control.
