Anyone have the paint code for a 2022 sei giorni? Looking online I am getting all sorts of answers.
Thanks
Dave

Moved this out of the wiki discussion area (where it will never, ever be seen) and into General Discussion.

If by chance someone does have the paint code, then adding it to the wiki would be awesome.

Grey HX

Only "Grey HX", no numbers, etc. You can scan the QR code on the inside of your vehicle (under the seat, helmet compartment out), there you will also find the above designation.

Please update the Wiki and post a Link.

Updated the wiki. I don't have the accessory codes or the PPG equivalents, though.

Paint code is on the plate inside the chassis usually 3 numbers and states paint code also explains were to find it in the owners manual.😉👍

Only in Europe. The US VIN plate is outside above or below the glovebox, and doesn't have the paint code on it.

As far as I know is "770/B" the color code for "Grey Dolomiti HA (770/B)" which is a GTS (not GTV) glossy color.

It's the same color with a matte finish, that's what the HX declares…

I'm actually seeing a lot of different paint codes given for touch-up paint for the Sei Giorni, so I understand where the OP was coming from.

This site says 742/B.

This site says 798/B.

And I see a bunch of threads here on MV that say it's just "Grigio HX". Which seems... not right, compared to every other paint code on every other Vespa. In fact, I'm nearly certain that "Grigio HX" (or "Grey HX") is almost certainly the name of the color, not the paint code.

This is from Glasurit's paint system. And I'm pretty's sure that Piaggio probably has some directive info in their system on how to exactly paint the body like they did for the 946 Armani (primer, pressure, angle, temp, etc.)…

Hmmm… The grey matt Sei Giorni was available since 2019 (not 2014)…

The color exists since 2014 with the clear / shiny finish. They used the same with a matte finish for the Sei Giorni. That's what the HX is for…
