Hello all,

2007 GTS 250ie, under 6,000 miles, replaced ECU, and all fluids a year ago.

The first gear lags and grinds at takeoff from flat and more noticeable on incline, please assist, any inputs will be grateful and appreciated as always. Thanks in advance.

loose clutch pack nut or loose clutch back plate.

pull the trans cover off and have a look.

if a comprehensive transmission service hasn't been done, it's due anyway.
