Where's the best place to put a battery tender lead on a 2016 150 Primavera?

You mean you would let it dangle between your feet? Wouldn't the cable be strangled when you put the battery cover back on? Or do you mean drilling holes in the battery cover to fit this? Do you have pictures by any chance?

All always run the tender cable up under the seat. It has advantages:

SAE end is protected under the seat when not in use.

The battery can be charged under the seat with nothing showing using a jackery-type device.

I can attach a SAE-USB charger to it and charge my phone, my pump, my jumpstarter, my mp3 music player under the seat while riding. One could do this in the glovebox, but I am able to cushion devices better under the seat.

The SAE end sticks out about 5 inches from under the seat when charging, or when running an electric jacket and gloves.

Sorry, I'm not sure I follow. Do you maybe have a picture to explain?

Do you need to unscrew the battery cover to access the battery tender?

Or is the round thingy with a cap at the bottom of the foot rest, accessible without removing the battery cover? If the latter, did you have to cut/drill holes in the battery cover to install it?

my battery tender is obviously wired to the battery and the cable was run through a drilled hole into the pet carrier. It sits there till I need it. As I had recent shoulder surgery and can't ride my Vespa no it is in my garage on the battery tender. I keep the seat up and run an extension cord to the battery tender.

So it is a 2016 150 Primavera.

Do you have a 12V socket in the glove compartment that is always on?

Yes you drill a hole in the cover and screw the attachment in place. Looks awesome if done correctly.
