Hi dears, even at low idle and being warm, Leader 125 gives already 3 atmospheres while it needs to give a 1. Increasing rpm doesn't seem to change a lot. The filter is new, oil is new. Can it be clogged inside somewhere I wonder? Is it normal that oil fountain up the oil dipstick hole when the motor is running (while dipstic plug removed)? The oil level is top, but not overwhelmingly full.

yes. this is normal. the dipstick seals the sump. don't run it without the dipstick unless you like cleaning up a whole bunch of oil sprayed everywhere.

the oil level needs to be at the correct level as prescribed in the workshop manual AND marked on the dipstick. do not overfill, this achieves nothing and can lead to leaks, blown seals and oil frothing and as a result poor lubrication.

Thank you, good to know it's normal, yep, oil levels I keep intact. I wouldn't worry about the pressure if engine would not getting hot and start pinging. I added flush to the oil (subtracting correct amount of oil so making space for the flush). Engine sounded better, then, I changed oil and added more flush to run a little. This I hope will let me not to split engine in half but to remove cylinder and piston only.
