Hi,

I have an LX150 and i hadn't been able to ride it for about a month, when i went to start it after a month it was dead so i jumped it and it started fine, i took it for a good long spin then parked it out front, a few hours later it was dead again, how do i tell if this is battery or something else?

It is serviced regularly and the battery is only a few years old, any suggestions?

What's a few, 2,3 ,4 years? It sat for a month, and wouldn't start. Short fast answer, get a new battery.

Read this in the Wiki: Diagnosing Charging System Problems

If you don't have a multimeter, buy one - the cheap $10 ones are just fine for scooter diagnosis.
