Does a stator ignition feeder coil produce more power if it has a higher resistance ? Like .7 ohms vs .3 ? Does it matter on a 6v AC points system ? Does the lesser resistance 'charge' faster ?

Higher resistance could mean a few things: (1) lighter gauge wire, (2) more windings, (3) both. By itself it doesn't indicate more power.
