A bit different too.
Cecil was to lead the group to a BBQ restaurant in Keystone Heights, 50 miles south of Jacksonville.
The foul weather held the rider count to only seven when we walked out of McDonalds to get started.
But Cecil's Vespa GTS wouldn't start.
He called for a tow and Russ stayed behind to help.
Russ and Cecil asked if I would lead.
Luckily I had asked Cecil for the route while we were inside and put it into my phone.
So five of us headed south in temperatures that dropped to 58F along the way, made worse by the wet fog.
Not comfortable but a lot better than staying home.
Extra: Russ said Cecil's scooter started after it was loaded on the trailer.
