Hi Friends

decided to tackle a long overdue work to clean the carburettor, and when pulling the fuel line, the brass nipple broke in 2. See pics

is this part swappeable?

Carb says walbro wvf, ET4 125 leader (2004)

you could rob a parts carb for the nipple, but it's likely to break on removal or install just the same.

best course of action is a new carb. sorry to be the bad news department.

If you were an aero modeler I would suggest some brass tubing a cigar lighter and some solder.

On the HD Keihin carbs, the inlet is a brass interior with a plastic outer set up at 90 degrees. These are notorious for snapping leaving the brass stub behind. I have repaired quite a few as the part is available and takes maybe 15 minutes with a little heat and a vice. It may also be repairable on yours if you can secure the part or whip one up on a lathe.
