Modern Vespa

I'm having a weird issue with my bike.. 2019 500HPE sport Piggie.

After I changed the cooling fluid whenever I give it the beans I get some engine cutouts... it's just loosing power intermittently.

- I used a Motul pink cooling fluid
- It took about a liter of cooling fluid
- Removed the old fluid using a pump and the purge nut. Removing the ring on the cooling hose was very scary for me since it looked like a single use hose ring.
- I let the bike run for a few minutes with the cap off to try and remove any air in the instalation

Is there something I missed that could cause this behaviour?

Did you loosen the bleeder valve to get the air out of the system while the engine is running at medium rpm (4000)?

If not, you probably caused overheating and possibly head damage due to a pocket of air trapped in the head.

Mp3 500 / Fuoco Engine Coolant and Hose Clamp Replacement

Umm no. I just flushed it at idling rpm's. Will try tomorow to flush it again. Would this cause a cutout?

Checked again with a bleed pump, there's no bubbles coming out. It sounds more like a misfire.. bad fuel? I filled up after I worked on the bike
