Are either of the two sets of switches pictured below suitable for 12v AC? (GL so no indicators or ignition switch)

I've also got a SIP Speedo so I need a switch for it. There's no obvious place to mount one on this headset. I'm wondering if I could use one side of the indicator switch or if I need to buy one of these (assuming this is the right one) https://www.sip-scootershop.com/en/product/light-switch-sip-conversion_60091300?usrc=Light%20switch
I've read about the mixed results of using this Speedo on AC, but I plan to give it a try rather than converting to DC. I'm basically assembling what I've got for use next spring and I might have a rethink and rework next winter.

I think the one on the left maybe correct for AC.. but I am not good with electrics.

More info in the link below (about halfway down the page) as the forum members helped me solve the same for my SS build.

No help on the speedo though. Sorry.

I have the one circled on my GL.

Shouldn't make a difference whether you run 6V or 12V AC through it.

Don't know how a SIP speedo would be wired in, sorry. Is it even necessary to run the speedo through a switch?

Thanks

The SIP Speedo switch is for programming and changing modes. I doubt I'll use it much if ever once setup. I'm yet to find somewhere else to fit it though so I may need the SIP switchgear, either that or extend it to the back where there's more options.

You set the Sip speedo up with a button, once it's set up you take the white/black wire from the button that you cut off into the switch to cycle through the screens. You can't set it up through the switch though.

Only way to cycle through though is with a SIP conversion switch.
