I have a 2018 GTS 300 with a check engine light. I have a new O2 sensor on order thinking that can be it. Does anyone know how to reset the check engine light if this O2 doesn't work? thank you

should reset on its own but if not just take the negative battery lead off for a min or 2 then reconnect.

I didn't put any gas in it but I added fuel stabilizer for the winter. I drained as the gas with the stabilizer in it and ordered a new o2 sensor. Would the check engine light clear on its own or do I have to reset anything?

After filling with gas 60 miles from home, check engine light came on for the first time ever. Scared me. Bought a Blue Driver code reader $99.99, it was the O2 sensor. Check engine went out the next day and has never returned. I suppose I could clear that old code but haven't bothered.

Lambda errors do clear themselves if the problem is gone and then you do several starts. (Think applies to all engine codes).

Also it's probably not a fault of the sensor. More likely the evap system (many posts on this).

For your gts this is how to read and clear codes (not as easy as the newer models like billrush)
