I bought a Faco Thunder canvas top case from a large Vespa dealership in California. I've used Faco products before and had good luck with them. However this case was a PITA to mount on my Sprint. Unlike previous items purchased this one had no mounting instructions and the included parts were of no use. I was just wondering if Faco is not producing quality products anymore? Did they move their plant to China? I wonder what's going on? Then I spotted something on the inside of the case that gave me a clue.
But here is where i need help.

1) was this made in Italy and assembled in China?
2) was this made in China and assembled in Italy?
Or
3) i need to get out of my Bunker more and get a clue?

Have you double checked a part number or something to make sure that you received the right item for the right bike?

PS: "Confused need interpretation" = me when I go to the Korean restaurant
