For a newbie. Is there any online manual/tutorial to assembly a new sidepanel/cover lock/lever?

if you prefer to keep it all oringal, then go w/the levers...

I went w/dzuz fasteners. wont't loosen, come off and sacrifice a panel to the traffic devils.

not mine, but like this 1974 Vespa Smallframe..

hit the salt flats afterwards...

SIP grade A kit?
You won't find instructions for that repair kit in any manual.
Rough guessing the nylon and rubber washers go under the levers on both sides. Split washer then flat washer inside. Peen the lever stem to hold it all together.
