Hi, on the way home from work today my vespas headlight suddenly stopped working but the weird thing is that my main beam still works fine (everything else is fine too) so atm I only have the option of nothing of main beam. If anyone knows how to help me outthat would be appreciated.

I'd start with replacing the bulb.

Most likely is that the dipped beam filament in the headlight bulb has died.

I think the LX has only one lamp in the headlight.
That lamp will have 2 filaments.
One dimmed filament for normal headlight and one undimmed for the main beam.
A lamp like this one:

The filament near the top with the dim cap is the dimmed one, the lower filament is undimmed.
The filament with the dim cap is broken. Simply replace the lamp by a new one of the correct type.
