just saw this myself pulled it out of my recycle bin checked it and it was a webp with a jpg file extension

Yeah, the first version looked and acted like a jpg. Once I downloaded it, though, Safari figured out it was webp and appended an additional extension on it.

No, now I'm not sure where it got the additional extension.

If you are going to widen the legshield, why put holes in the extensions

I believe those are ribs to brace the plastic panels from flexing rather than holes. (Ignore my comment - I see that Clampett figured out what is really going on here)

According to the website, the larger holes on the front funnel the air into the radiator and the smaller holes (channels) funnel the warm air from the radiator back to the rider.

Well, if that's the case, I still won't buy it.

I ride in Minnesota. Granted a cold riding environment. My Burgman 400 had factory stock wind deflecting accessories. I really like them. Also, riding caught in the rain, they were great.

The medium Vespa windscreen is a life saver if you are riding extended rides at high speed. Each to his own.

My new Kymco AD550 has hand warmers. Unbelievable great in cold Minnesota.

Yep. Here it is. This is the dumbest thing you can put on a Vespa. I made it myself. I have a better picture (with it actually mounted) somewhere, but cannot find it at the moment.

Yup. I put my wind screen on in the winter and take it off in the spring!

This year I was gifted some heated gloves by Iron Jia which help a lot. Still trying them out, but so far so good!

Fun fact: Almost all of Minnesota is further north than Toronto Canada.

2nd attempt

I did this several years ago. It worked great, and even boost my MPG. They never blew off or came loose. The only drawback was getting the Velcro residue off when i went to sell it.
