This is the latest addition to my scootering. I sold my Burgman 400 and bought this Kymco. The Burgman was great. I had it for 14 years and 48,000 miles of trouble free riding. I sold it to Bill Dog - who drove it across the USA.
The Kymco is amazing. Well balanced and powerful at all rpm levels. So much so, that I had to get use to its quick throttle responses. The Burgman was strong, but had a delayed excelleration. Also, the heated hand warmers are nice for Minnesota. The ABS brakes were also new to me. So much so, that it would stop on a dime - causing the shocks to compress fast and almost throw me off the saddle. It even caused me to set it down on its side at a quick stop that I could not keep balanced. Only time I have scratched one of my scoots.
I have gotten use to the power and brakes. Excellent machine I use for all my long rides.
