Update

Not over impressed!!!
300 miles done so been opening it up.
Done three plug chops.......
last one a 122, and is nearly there.
So will go for a 125.

Thought it showed more power ( torque )
and should rev higher on the graph.

Can not fill any more torque
It revs up to 57 mph

My standard 200 cylinder with a 116 jet.
pulls thorough the the hole range 60 mph and above.

Conclusion....If no improvement with a 125 jet..
I will put the standard cylinder back on !!!

Hi All,
I just like to say I am not a mechanic .
I have changed the main jet up to a 135.
and cannot get it to run rich.
I am at the point of giving up.
and change back to the cast iron cylinder.

If you pull the choke, does your motor run fine? Or die from too much fuel?

What about while riding? Should run poorly/die if favoring the rich side.

what the hell is a raceway? it's the old SIP version of english again I think.
The cylinder wall, aka bore.

The SIP version of English is not that bad overall. You should try its version of French! (sometimes so nonsensical it's hilarious...)
