Modern Vespa

New to the forum and to Vespas. Hoping someone might know what this plug is for on my 2001 ET4 150? It is unconnected and not clear what it would plug into. Doesn't look like it has a mate.

Troubleshooting a headlight not working when I noticed it. Replaced the bulb, switch, and the headlight relay with no luck. Parking light works just fine. Blue dash light on left does not light. Oddly enough, if I put a volt meter on the housing prongs with no bulb it registers proper volts, but if I put the bulb in and take a ready at the prongs I get no volts. So power is getting to the house, but having a bulb installed then kills it. Any ideas here would be appreciated as well.

Is the scooter running?

I think that's the connector I used to add a turn signal beeper.
See if it has power that goes up and down with the turn signals.

Oh, and welcome to the forum!

As a generality, it isn't unusual to have a connector going nowhere in there, though I can't vouch for that model. If there's no mate nearby, you can likely ignore it.

Headlight is now working. I would like to share what the solution was, but I am not certain. Must have been lose contact or something in the switch that corrected from playing around and tracing the wires.
