The wheel studs on the front wheels of my 530 are Torx T40 with an internal thread so a socket won't fit. I have a T40 bit however I can't work out how to mount this on something to get enough force to undo the studs.
Any suggestions gratefully received, ideally I would like something that I can carry on the bike so that I can get the wheel off in the event of a puncture.
Thanks guys.

I use a 1/4" drive to hex socket adapter - it's quite common to have one of these included in 1/4" drive socket sets. Or just bite the bullet and spend £8 at Halfords:
