Very squeaky suspension

I've been wearing ear plugs so hadn't noticed it so much, but following a drive without them - something in my suspension is currently squeaking a lot.

Both front and back.

Doesn't seem to affect the handling, but massively hurts the cool factor when you ride past someone Facepalm emoticon

What do I need to grease / spray? And what type of grease should I use?

Thanks, 4500 miles. 18 month old Sprint.

Front definitely seems a lot louder than the rear.
