Modern Vespa

I got a Vespa sprint 125 2021 it's dont what to start, it's crank for one second and stop
I open the glovebox and the fuel pump relay , I replaced it and the new one still makes a sound
The Vespa still doesn't start
And now I haven't got a spark
Please help

What condition is the battery in?

If it is the original one, it's probably toast at this point.

Check your battery voltage. At 12.7 volts or higher, battery 100% charged. At 12.4 volts, 75% charged. At 12.2 volts 50% charged. At 12.0 volts 25% charged. Anything below 12 volts, battery completely discharged. Below 10.5 volts, battery is damaged internally and is toast.

If you can't bring a battery back to 12.7 volts or more by charging, replace it.

Poor to dead batteries are the number one reason why motorcyclists get stuck out on the road.

Another few quick and easy things to check:

1) Does it do this with both keys?

2) When you pull the brake lever, does the brake light activate and stay on?

3) Is it a Vespa with a digital screen? If so, does it show the battery voltage when you scroll right?
