Modern Vespa

It's my first time doing this and it's taking me forever because I don't know what I'm doing and have to keep stopping to figure things out. 😆

I figured out where two of the gaskets go (#1 in the pic), but where do the ones in #2 go?

The mechanic said to not worry about the two smaller ones (though I am curious what they're for if anyone knows), and I thought the smaller circle would go where the choke sits, but that doesn't seem right because the choke only screws down nicely without the gasket.

I definitely want to do this right ONCE rather than causing more issues or having to redo. Can anyone help, please? 🙏🏻🫶
